Catering Consultants. Based in Dublin he heads
up the Irish and Overseas Division.
A graduate of the Shannon College of Hotel
Management. John has vast experience in all areas of the food service industry. These include management positions in Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Food Retail and Contract Catering both in Ireland and Europe. This included 10 years with Aramark Ltd as a senior manager.
John is the founder and owner of Irish Vending Ltd, the first vending business in Ireland to specialise in Healthy Vending. “ Through market research it was clear that customers wanted more than just traditional snacks ,confectionery and fizzy drinks in their vending machines. We created a great Healthy Vending offer and put a lot of effort into our website. This has played a hugh part in helping Irish Vending grow by an average of 20% each year for the past 6 years.
John is a focused communicator who listens well and is able to facilitate an effective communication strategy within any organisation. John's combination of experience, humour and compassion helps build professional and collaborative teams of associate consultants, business owners and employees.
